E13 | We Are Black Men

In this critical episode, I create space dedicated specifically to the experiences of black men, particularly in the wake of the past eighteen months. I speak with peers about the state of their mental health, their desires to untangle what feels like an intangible complexity of career growth, and they all provide some insight into their family history. Listen as I explore where, as black men, we learn about ourselves and what we wish we knew earlier, as we navigate things like racism, stereotypes, and forging a life of dignity.
